16 channel Fixed Channel analog Modulator
- Description:
The 16-way integrated adjacent-frequency modulation front-end, is one of the CATV front-end equipment. To achieve 16-channel video / audio signal in the 47 ~ 870MHz range of any channel RF modulation. The modulator allows input of 0.7 to 1.4V video source signals such as satellite receivers, TV cameras or TV demodulators. In the normal frequency offset conditions, through the external continuous adjustment can be input 0.775V ± 10dB / 10KΩ audio signal.
The modulator uses intermediate frequency processing, the use of SAW filter processing, effectively ensuring the residual sideband characteristics, making it more suitable for adjacent frequency transmission system. IF and local oscillator circuits are used phase-locked loop technology, high frequency stability. The use of high selectivity channel filter, effectively guarantee the entire CATV band good parasitic output suppression and carrier to noise ratio performance.
The product 16-channel modulator for the independent module, channel configuration is convenient, mixed amplification output. The product has been completed before the factory finished the internal level of the matching debugging, the construction site to be modulated AV signal can be modulated, integrated installation, easy to operate.

5、Panel operating instructions
Front panel
(1) Output level adjustment: counterclockwise to reduce the output level, and vice versa.
(2) A / V adjustment: Image sound carrier power ratio adjustment (factory preset at -17dB).
(3) Audio frequency offset adjustment: adjust the volume size, clockwise adjustment is increased (factory preset to ± 50KHz).
(4) Video modulation adjustment: adjust the image brightness, clockwise adjustment to increase (factory preset to 87.5%).
Rear panel
(5) audio / video input: RCA socket, 1-16 road.
(6) -20dB test port
(7) RF output: modulation signal output, F-type British connector.
(8) Output level adjustment: 0 ~ -20dB
(9) AC power socket: for power supply in series.
(10) Power input: Connect 220V / 50Hz AC power supply.
Installation Use:
Note: After the completion of this equipment, must be connected to the power supply machine for more than 15 minutes and then make the following adjustments:
1, the standard audio and video signals with audio and video lines are connected to the machine rear panel audio input and video input port.
2, the use of multiple sets of modulators, the upper part of the power adapter plug (10) into the lower modulator (9), the last modulator power plug into the power supply board; single-group modulator use, The power plug (10) can be inserted directly into the power supply board.
3, the product has been completed before the factory finished level matching debugging, construction site input to be modulated AV signal can be.
4, the rear panel of the RF output (7) access CATV system.
5, adjust the corresponding channel (3) and (4), with the TV observation, sound and image can be the best.
6, A / V at the factory has been preset to -18dB, no need to adjust.
